English Pronunciation in Use, published by Cambridge University Press and compiled by Martin Hewings, is a comprehensive book for advanced level learners of the language. Is comprises of features of pronunciation in communication, including connected speech, word-stress, and intonation. The book comes along with a CD, which contains all the examples and exercises provided in the book. Different accents are also detailed on in the book. There are five sections in the book and they are: Getting Started, pronunciation of words and phrases, pronunciation in conversation, pronunciation in formal settings, and reference. All concepts are explained in simple and lucid language for better comprehension.
