Spectrum Kashmir University LLB Entrance Guide

About the Spectrum Kashmir University LLB Entrance Guide

The Spectrum Kashmir University LLB Entrance Guide is a preparation book for students who want to study law at the University of Kashmir in Srinagar. Admission to the law programmes at the university goes through an entrance test conducted by its Directorate of Admissions and Competitive Examinations, and an LLB Entrance Guide gives you a focused way to revise and practise before the test. For the author, publisher, edition year and page count of the copy in stock, please message us on WhatsApp at 9906523492.

Law is one of the most competitive admissions in Kashmir, with a limited number of seats each year. Steady, organised preparation in general knowledge, English, reasoning and legal aptitude is what separates a confident candidate from an anxious one.

The Kashmir University law entrance at a glance

The University of Kashmir offers law at undergraduate level, including a five-year integrated BA LLB and a three-year LLB. The DACE publishes answer keys for its LLB (3 year) test, and its key for the 2026 test lists 60 questions in four question paper series. For the five-year BA LLB, Careers360 describes the following pattern:

• 60 multiple choice questions for 60 marks, one mark each, in 70 minutes
• General Knowledge: 40 questions, spread over history, Indian polity, geography, economics, science and technology, and current affairs
• English including comprehension: 5 questions
• Logical reasoning: 5 questions
• Legal aptitude: 10 questions
• Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent, with the entrance test score and the qualifying exam marks used together for merit

Patterns can change from year to year, so always read the latest notification on the University of Kashmir admissions website before you apply.

Why use an LLB Entrance Guide

Because general knowledge carries the largest share of marks in the BA LLB pattern above, wide but organised reading matters. A dedicated guide brings the main areas into one book, so you do not have to jump between school textbooks, newspapers and notes. Practice questions help you get used to the multiple choice format and to working against the clock. For the exact chapters, practice sets and papers inside the copy we have in stock, please message us on WhatsApp at 9906523492 for details of the copy in stock.

Who should read this LLB Entrance Guide

• Class 12 students and recent pass-outs in Kashmir planning to apply for law at the University of Kashmir
• Graduates preparing for the three-year LLB entrance
• Students joining coaching who want a book for self-study and revision at home
• Candidates who want to strengthen general knowledge, reasoning and legal aptitude for other law entrances too

How to prepare with the guide

Start with the official pattern and make a simple timetable that gives the most time to general knowledge, while still practising English, reasoning and legal aptitude every week. Read one topic from the guide, then answer the related questions without looking at the answers. Mark your mistakes and revise those topics again after a few days. Read a newspaper daily for current affairs, and keep a notebook of important events, appointments, schemes and Jammu and Kashmir specific developments. In the last month, sit full practice tests of 60 questions in 70 minutes so that speed and accuracy improve together. Work steadily, keep your health and sleep in order, and ask Allah Almighty for ease and success.
