The Indian Air Force conducts Air force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) to select candidates to join the Air Force on flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) posts with mission to secure Indian airspace and conduct aerial warfare during armed conflict. The candidates are selected to these posts on the basis of the Engineering Knowledge Test, Psychological Test, Group Test and Group Interview.
